i was looking to buy a gps watch to monitor my runs & training, as i am based in india, there are no garmin shops here, so i had to depend on information available on the net for ordering, the smart thing i did probably was ,is that i read a lot of reviews on the net & the product is actually still better than all the reviews i read, it has almost all the features of the 405, at half the price & so much easier to use, bigger screen for better visibility, i have friends who have th 405 & keep struggling trying to change the screens during the run, most of them end up either pressing the wrong buttons or have to stop to change the screens.
you have all the information you could require & more. it is an amazing tool, has made my running so much more easier to monitor & so much more accurate in the data available.it is really a steal at the price at which i bought it.i have not tried the heart rate monitor as yet though.
i would recommend this product for anyone who is even a little serious about running, it will help improve & monitor performance & is as reasonably priced as a good stop watch, with tons more of features.
