Appeals to wide range of ages. My 4 and 7 year old daughters keep fighting over this game, they both like Ice Age: The DVD Game so much.

Favorite Game. PetPals is my 3 year old daughter’s favorite game! By far she chooses PetPals more often than any of our other Leapster games. My 5 year old son enjoys it too although he prefers StarWars and Wall-E. And our 22 month old baby boy also loves to play PetPals.

It has a neat part of the game where you train your puppy to run along the shape of letters, and it forces your child to correctly write the letters on the screen. I always feel happy to let my children play the Leapster games because after much reservation I am seeing that they know phonics and simple addition and subtraction.

Pet Pals is a GREAT game. We purchased this game for our 3.5 year old daughter for Christmas….she loves it! She would spend all day playing it if I let her My 5.5 year old son picked it up and also loved it. They both like the fact that it is an ongoing game – not just the same thing over and over again. I would recommend this game to anyone.
