I am sooo happy with my new iPod. As 90% of my day I’m in a WiFi environment, I could not bring myself to part with another $30 a month for a Data plan. I not only wanted an MP3 player, but a PDA, a web browser, toy, etc. It’s simply a handy little piece of technology.
The only downside so far has been the auto-locking. After 5 minutes of not being in use, the screen goes dark, and locks the unit. I feel like I’m always unlocking it. Granted you can get to the music controls by clicking the home button twice. I’m sure there’s some app or setting I don’t know about to make it a little more intuitive as to when to lock. If I’m at my desk working, or driving, plugged into USB, I’d like the screen to remain on and accessible. I’d have taken a star away for this… But I’m so happy overall. As I’ve said, MP3 playing wasn’t the only reason I got this unit.

This scale is exactly what I needed. I used to get discouraged about losing weight because I never knew if I was succeeding; my previous scale would give two different weights, five pounds apart, just because I stepped off and stepped back on. This one always gives the same reading, no matter how many times you try it, and the increased accuracy (within a fifth of a pound) is also very encouraging if you’re trying to lose weight. The display is easy to read, the scale looks great with any decor, and it functions perfectly. I have had no problem with the Tap-On feature; maybe other customers who have had trouble simply haven’t been “tapping” hard enough. If you need a bathroom scale, get this one.
