I’ve tried and been disappointed in other pedometers. Not so with this one. It’s accurate, versatile, and, well, cute. We have two of them in our household, competing against each other to see which winds up with the most steps at the end of each day. So they get a lot of use, often well over 10k a cycle. Whether we walk on straight paths or forest trails, up hill or down, the Omrons know what we’re doing and keep track faithfully. It’s simple to set up, seems to withstand the occasional fall from grace onto hard surfaces, and has a memory for what you did yesterday and the couple days before. A healthy addition to your waistline.

I just received the hoover tempo vacuum today [model u5140900) so I’ll need to add an additional review later after I’ve used it a few more times for cleaning my home. What I want to call out today is that if you purchase this vacuum it is not the one with “select model features” = check bag indicator, headlight, or embedded dirtfinder (red/green light highlights areas that may need more cleaning. Based upon running the vaccuum for the first time today I think that I will still be VERY pleased with the purchase especially for the price but I don’t want anyone to be disappointed.

I truly loved this book, and found more meaning in it than any other I have ever read. It’s not about blowing you away with high minded concepts, it’s about clarifying what IS obviously true about existance. I’ve recommended it to several friends and some feel as I do, it was great and insightful, and others did not get anything from it. The ones who did not like it all have something in common, however. They are people who are not into thinking about thinking, philosophy and abstract concepts and have a truly open mind. They are good friends nonetheless, and I wish they could have seen more in the book that spoke to them. Like me, the friends who really ‘got the book’ are fairly excitied about what it illuminates and clarifies. To say this was an inspired work would be the understatement of the decade.

What can I tell you: GET IT, READ IT, draw your own conclusions. My conslusion: TRULY GREAT

One thing I should really point out: This is NOT a book about religion.

This unit cleans as written in the advertisements. It was easy to setup, and the dirty water tank was easy to empty once it filled up. The dirty water was definitely dirty!! I also cleaned the brushes underneath as recommended after my initial use. They were easy to pop off, clean, and reinstall.

I would say the unit is a bit bulky and loose. Its bulky, because it needs to have so many tanks on it. So, I don’t count this as a big negative…more of a necessity. Just be ready to store it in a space a bit bigger than your upright vacuum. However, the unit seems a little loose in that the moving parts don’t make a super sturdy unit once they are all in place. It can be wiggled around and it doesn’t necessarily sit completely upright on its own (kinda sits at a minor angle). I don’t see this as a major negative, but it didn’t leave me with a quality feel despite it being a quality product.

I would purchase this unit again.
