I won’t repeat other reviews. This is a great training tool. Many reviewers state the small size of HRM info. You can customize any of the data fields on each screen. HR becomes readable when you add as a data field. There are many options – time of day, date, speed, cadence etc. so you can customize what you need.

I have owned my forerunner for over 3 years and love it. In fact I bought the attachment for my bike and use it while I am riding the trails.
My favorite functions:
The ability to create intervals.
The ability to set tempo runs.
Different display settings and the ability to customize any screen.
The ease at which it syncs with the Training Center.
If there is anything that is not so appealing, it is that it looks kind of clunky, but that’s not why you where it, is it?
From why I have read, it is still better that the newer, high-end forerunners AND is at a much better price point for features and function.

I detest anything obstructing the view through the windshield, whether it’s knickknacks hanging from the rear-view mirror or something suction-cupped to the windshield.
I’m also not inclined to have mounts or evidence of dashboard electronics be visible from outside the car when I am not in it.
With this friction mount the view is clear, there are no suction cup marks on the windshield, and it’s heavy enough to hold the GPS steady through fairly hard turns and the finger-tapping on the screen. The bottom is also textured to grab the dashboard.
When parked, take the GPS with you or hide it, and hide the mount under the seat or back floorboard (if you have tinted windows to keep out prying eyes.)
A BIG bonus for some cars is that using this mount puts the screen on pretty much the same azimuth as (some) dashboard instruments, thus fewer and smaller movements to see or interact with the screen. Smart ergonomics.
I’m not sure why anyone would mount the permanent adhesive “horn” to their dashboard that comes with Garmins and to be fair, the suction-cup mount included with Garmins isn’t all bad… it’s just on the windshield demanding further reach, etc.

And has been stated many times already, the mount allows for easy transfer to a different vehicle.

This mount is worth every penny in my book.

This is an awesome scale. It was so simple to set up since you just have to put in the batteries. It’s so sturdy, you just step on it and in a few seconds your weight appears and it stays for a few seconds after you step off. I bought this scale as a replacement for an older digital scale and what an improvement it is. I could never get a consistent weight on my old scale which makes it very frustrating when you are trying to lose weight. I did have to get used to waiting a little longer for my weight to appear. At first I thought it was broken because the display stayed on 0.0 lbs, but I tried again and stood on it for about 5 seconds and it worked.

Normally I would have never thought of giving a scale as a gift to someone as it could be taken as an insult, but I am planning to buy another one for my mom to replace her 30 year old traditional scale. I think she’ll love it.

I purchased this and the Omron 720. I love them both. I gave this one to my mother. They work very very well. You can use it just by placeing it in your pocket, which is great if you are a bigger person because the clip on kind fall off or don’t work due to the excess skin/fat. I love this product and Highly reccomend it. It is worth the extra price and has already been very motiviating to me to walk more every day!!! My family has started a contest for walking to imagined destinations and this works great!
