Ok it brushes your dogs fur and picks up strays….how is the Furminator better than the countless brushes I already have? You would think that brushing your dog is straight forward but believe it or not the Furminator lives up to the hype, it works better and easier than any brush I have ever used.

I have two dogs a Schiperkie and an Aussie. The Aussie hates to be brushed and as such brushing her is a chore, I am lucky to get any hair off her on a normal brush and when i do it is her normal fur not the dead fur or the fluffy undercoat. I used the Furminator and she let me brush her for several minutes and the amount of hair i gathered was amazing it seemed like enough to stuff a pillow case. My Schiperkie loves to be brushed she did not take to the Furminator as much as I hoped so I brushed her very gently and once again had handful of her blown coat to throw away. Both dogs looked great after their brushing and did not run the next night when I took out the brush for a second go.

The Furminator is well made and very sturdy, it is worth every penny i paid for it!
