I received this book quicker than I expected and it was in excellent condition. I am very satisfied

I bought this for a Nikon P100 which I returned in favor of a Canon sx30is. It worked fine in both. I took over 200 pictures at a time on the Nikon, set at a moderate photo size; I also shot a few short videos. I shot bursts of 20-30 shots continuously with no problem. The videos continued to roll without hicup. The camera never recorded fewer than 9,999 picture capacity remaining. I transfered pictures to my computer by removing the chip from the camera and inserting it into my computer (or, the first time, into a Kingston usb card reader). Transfer was far faster than when I have connected a Canon Rebel to the computer via usb (and, of course, transfer does not drain the camera battery this way).

I have just started using this chip in the Canon sx30is, but it formatted quickly and works fine so far.

Incidently, I searched Amazon in vain for some information on the difference between class 1 and class 6. It turns out that class 6 is faster and therefore does not interrupt the flow of shooting video. I see that class 10 is available but I have not used it and cannot comment on whether it is worth the considerable price spread. This one transfers my pictures so fast that it is hard to imagine how a faster card would improve my life!

I won’t repeat other reviews. This is a great training tool. Many reviewers state the small size of HRM info. You can customize any of the data fields on each screen. HR becomes readable when you add as a data field. There are many options – time of day, date, speed, cadence etc. so you can customize what you need.
Bower Lens Adapter FD

I had seen the book in the bookstore but decided not to buy it until I found a copy for $ .50. I loved it. I have read it and listened to it on CD now several times and still find myself laughing out loud. The characters are likeable and complex, the plot is smooth but keeps you on your toes. The technology that he has developed is amazing and very cool. Even more, the technology is based on environmentally sound ideas that are subtle but do make you think. I read my first copy until it fell apart and then bought a hard back (I hardly ever buy hard back.) I have bought this book several times as a gift and even had my mother read it. FANTASTIC BOOK!

Love this item! Really handy for those pets with lots of fur or the types that shed alot. It has definitely helped in the category of shedding in that it gets more hair when you brush, so less on your furniture or clothes. Real easy to use and not sharp edged to hurt yourself if you pick it up by the head or brush against it.

Even after installing the Software for the Sidewinder Mouse, the annoying element is that a supposedly good mouse takes advantage of SETPOINT, a far superior software, in setting up the terms of the mouses abilities. After using the Mouse for several weeks it is clearly unwieldy , difficult to use at the best of times, and has left and right “clickers” that are part of physical makeup of the body of the mouse which is a disaster waiting to happen. The mouse cable is extremely Poor, expecially in comparison with the Logitech G9 Gaming mouse which has tough cables,
variable weight ratios, and well placed buttons.Whilst the Variable DPI is a plus, it does not help. The Macro capability is standard, but once again does not help in regular, variable or gaming modes.For a Person with a big hand , and using it in a regular Office style session it would work well, but most good mouses of that style are now wireless, so the cable element is a negative in a big way for regular use. The bottom line is that Logitech have this style of Mouse market cornered, and they have it this way for a reason, they have extremely good mouses. This really is a pathetic attempt at a mouse in either the Gaming or the regular style.
Microsoft SideWinder X5 Mouse

This works much better than the suction cup mounts which always seem to fall. My only complaint is that with time the bottom becomes smooth, rather than “friction-y” causing the unit to slide around the dashboard, making it unusable. In fairness, this occurred after two years of sitting on my dashboard, often parked in the hot sun. I have not found a more durable/functional mounting solution for my garmin.
